1. ORDER AND PRICING

1.1. VeeleiZ will put all possible efforts into ensuring that all of the Product information and pricing provided on the www.veeleiz.com are accurate and up to date.

1.2. VeeleiZ will have the full right to change any products, services, information, prices, and other aspects of the website at its sole discretion without any obligation to notify the Buyer regarding the changes.

1.3. The prices for Products found in the Store shall be shown in Euros. Should the Buyer pay using any other currency, all currency exchange and related fees shall be borne by the Buyer.

2. SHIPPING

2.1. VeeleiZ is shipping its products worldwide.

2.2. The VeeleiZ team will ship out all Products as soon as it is logistically possible, but no later than 30 calendar days of the order.

2.3. Items marked “in stock” are shipped within 5 working days after the purchase.

2.4. Buyers should contact VeeleiZ team regarding items marked in “pre-order” status.

2.5. VeeleiZ will not be responsible for any losses, damage, or penalties resulting from a delay in shipment or delivery.

3. RETURNS

3.1. The Buyer shall have the right to return any Product purchased from the www.veeleiz.com and shall be entitled to a refund under the following circumstances:

3.1.1. Products may be returned only within 30 days of the purchase.

3.1.2. Products must be returned in their original packaging.

3.1.3. Products must not be damaged or have any missing parts or accessories.

3.1.4. Products must be shipped along with a copy of the purchase order.

3.1.5. The Buyer shall undertake to cover all shipping costs when returning the Products.

3.2. If Product purchased from the VeeleiZ arrive defective or non-functioning, the Buyer should contact Veelez team at info@veelez.com
